1. 10:10am start

2. Previous meeting minutes approved.

3. Mike Teiger added to the board.

4. Budget review:

a. Total hangar assessments will be $38,800

b. Electricity will stay the same

c. Assessments will be due on July 1st, 2023

5. Budget approved by board

6. Howard to have a discussion with Hartford Jet Center about issues with damage to hangar doors during snow plowing and avoiding it in the future.
