1. Motion by Steve Socolosky to keep officers the same as they currently are.

a. Seconded by Howard Small.

2. Officers will continue as:

a. Steve Socolosky – President

b. Howard Small – Treasurer

c. Mark Occhialini – Vice President

d. Sheldon Schake – Secretary

e. Rick Polivy – Assistant Vice President

3. Motion by Steve Socolosky to adopt by-laws that were amended in the February, 2020 Annual Meeting.

a. Seconded by Mark Occhialini.

b. All officers voted in favor of.
